Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects and safety of minocycline hydrochloride combined with mupirocin ointment in treatment of acne conglobata .METHODS:90 patients with acne conglobata admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Oct .2014 to Oct .2015 were selected to be divided into the treatment group, control group one and control group two via the random number table , with 30 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride combined with mupirocin ointment , while the control group one were given single hydrochloride minocycline , and the control group two only received mupirocin ointment .The treatment course was 6 weeks.After treatment of 2, 4 and 6 weeks, the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed;blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function of two groups were observed before and after treatment .RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67% ( 29/30 ) , significantly higher than those of control group one [83.33%(25/30)] and control group two [80.00%(24/30)], with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride combined with mupirocin ointment in treatment of acne conglobata is significant , better than those of single hydrochloride minocycline and mupirocin ointment .关键词
