摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastatin combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of senile osteoporosis . METHODS: 124 patients with senile osteoporosis admitted into Hanchuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb .2015 to Feb.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 62 cases in each.The control group were treated with alendronate sodium , while the control group received atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium .The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were observed and compared .RESULTS: the clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group , and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were significantly lower than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The VAS score , improvement of bone mineral density in observation group were better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of atorvastatin combined with alendronate sodium in treatment of senile osteoporosis is remarkable , which can effectively relief the clinical symptoms of patients with low incidence of adverse drug reactions and high safety .关键词
