Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of allergic rhinitis .METHODS: 80 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted into Huanggang Central Hospital from Oct .2014 to Feb.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 40 cases in each .The control group were treated with azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray, while the observation group additionally received desloratadine based on the control group , the treatment course was 5 weeks.The clinical efficacy and complications of two groups were observed .RESULTS:After treatment , the total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%( 38/40 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 67.50%(27/40 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .During treatment , the incidence of complications in observation group was 5.00%( 2/40 ) , significantly lower than that in control group [ 30.00%( 12/40 ) ] , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of allergic rhinitis is significant , which can effectively reduce the risks of complications .关键词
