盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定联合治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察OA
Observation on Efficacy of Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray Combined with Desloratadine in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis
目的：探讨盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂与地氯雷他定联合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年10月—2016年2月黄冈市中心医院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者80例，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂，观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合地氯雷他定进行治疗，2组患者均连续治疗5周。观察2组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组患者总有效率为95.00％（38／40），明显高于对照组的67.50％（27／4…查看全部>>
