Correlation Analysis on Resistance of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Antibiotics Consumption in Henan Provincial Chest HospitalΔ
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the correlation between resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa and defined daily dose system ( DDDS) of antibiotics, so as to provide reference for the rational application of antibiotics in clinic . METHODS:Statistical analysis was respectively conducted on DDDs of antibiotics in each quarter and sensitivity test results of the isolated pseudomonas aeruginosa in Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from Jul .2013 to Jun .2015 . RESULTS:The resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to piperacillin tazobactam for injection was positively related with the DDDs of ceftazidime(r=0.767,P<0.05);the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to ceftazidime was positively correlated with the DDDs of amikacin injection and levofloxacin injection ( r were 0.892 and 0.772 respectively , P<0.05 );the meropenem's resistance to pseudomonas aeruginosa was positively related with the DDDs of ceftazidime ( r=0.733, P<0.05);the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to levofloxacin injection was positively correlated with the DDDs of ceftazidime and imipenem/cilastatin ( r were 0.718 and 0.771 respectively , P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The resistance transition of pseudomonas aeruginosa has a relationship with the antibiotics consumption .Increased as the DDDs of antibiotics, the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to relevant antibiotics would increase .Therefore, to monitor the application of antibiotics and the resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa regularly in the region will make a significant difference on the treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection .关键词
