Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the basic situation and existing problems of the combined use of antibiotics in Skin Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use .METHODS:15 000 outpatient prescriptions from Jan .to Dec.2015 were randomly extracted from our hospital , statistical analysis was conducted on combined use of antibiotics .RESULTS: Of the 15 000 outpatient prescriptions , antibiotics prescriptions were 1 755 cases, combined use of antibiotics were 154 cases, the rate of combined use of antibiotics was 8.8%(154/1 755);among which, the rate of combination of two drugs and three drugs were respectively 8.5%( 150/1 755 ) and 0.2%( 4/1 755 ).CONCLUSIONS: The combined use of antibiotics in our hospital is basically in line with the requirements , but there are still some irrational phenomenon .Therefore , clinical staff need to strengthen intervention management of the combined use of antibiotics .关键词
