Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of occurrence of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) in Wuxi the Eighth People's Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , so as to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use .METHODS:155 cases of ADR reported to the National ADR Center by our hospital in 2015 were collected, analysis was conducted on patients'gender, age, administration, involving organs and ( or) systems, and clinical manifestations, etc.RESULTS:Of the 155 ADR reports, there were more males than females, the number of patients aged ≤10 and >60 years old took the lead , respectively 58 cases ( 37.42%) and 66 cases ( 42.58%) .A total of 8 kinds of drugs were involved , including 50 categories , among which anti-infective drugs dominated the first place(79 cases, 50.97%).ADR mainly involved organs and (or) systems (77 cases, 47.24%).The clinical symptoms were performed as skin rash, pruritus and irritation, etc.The most common ADR were induced by intravenous infusion(118 cases, 76.13%).CONCLUSIONS: The occurrence of ADR are related to various factors , the hospital should strengthen medical , medicine and nursing co-operation in ADR monitoring , minimize the intravenous routes and reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR , so as to promote the rational drug use in clinic .关键词
