Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmaceutical care for one patient with chronic renal failure associated with urinary tract infection by clinical pharmacists , so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs . METHODS: Through participating in the treatment process of the patient with chronic renal failure associated with urinary tract infection , the clinical pharmacists made suggestions about medicine adjustments , interfered and optimized the drug application during the whole treatment process by analyzing the therapeutic schedules .RESULTS: In the presence of the clinical pharmacists , the patient's symptoms had been significantly improved .CONCLUSIONS: The clinical pharmacists optimize the medication regimen by applying pharmacy theoretical knowledge , which can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and improve the treatment of clinical drug application .关键词
