儿脾醒颗粒的质量标准研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a quality standard for erpixing granules . Methods: The crataegi fructus , citri reticulatae pericarpium and coicis semen in erpixing granules were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC), while the content of hesperidin and malol in erpixing granules were determinated by high performance liquid chro-matography(HPLC). Results: The linear range of hesperidin was 4 . 068 ~ 101 . 7 μg/mL(Y = 189 654X - 8 534.3, r = 1).The average recovery was 100.3%,with a RSD of 1.4%(n = 9). However,the linear range of malol was 0.027 94 ~ 0.465 6 mg / mL (Y=6 × 106X - 16 868,r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.4%,with a RSD of 2 . 4%(n = 9). Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable , which is suitable for the quality control of erpixing granules .关键词
