Abstract
Objective: To develop a ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC)method for simultaneous determination of contents of six kinds of ginsenosides in Naoan granules . Methods: ACQUITY BEH C18 column (2 . 1 mm × 100 mm , 1 . 7 μm)was used with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile(A)-water(B)by gradient e-lution at a flow rate of 0 . 45 mL/min . The wavelength for detection was 203 nm while the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The contents of ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rb1,Rb2,Rb3 and Rd within the range of 8.096 ~ 202.4, 20 . 008 ~ 500 . 2 , 16 . 112 ~ 402 . 8 , 8 . 24 ~ 206 , 16 . 048 ~ 401 . 2 and 16 . 048 ~ 401 . 2 μg/mL showed good lin-ear relationship to the corresponding peak areas , respectively . The average recoveries of the six kinds of ginseno-sides were 98 . 92%, 98 . 78%, 97 . 91%, 98 . 00%, 98 . 13% and 98 . 10%, with RSDs of 0 . 46%, 0 . 43%, 0 . 26%, 0 . 70%, 0 . 62% and 0 . 76%, respectively . Conclusion: The UPLC method showed good separation effect and repro-ducibility , which was rapid , simple , and might be used for the quality control of naoan granules .关键词
