摘要
Abstract
Objective] The relationship between microstructure and anti-tumor activities of malanin were analyzed.[Method] We studied the microstructure of malanin by infrared spectra and circular dichroism.[Result] Malanin had more stable state in the cis-configuration, and it was a protein with α+βtype.[ Conclusion] The results lay the foundation for further research on the structure and anti-tumor activities func-tion of malanin.关键词
