烟蚜茧蜂不同繁育技术研究
Different Propagation Technologies of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To screen the appropriate propagation technology and method.[Method] Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead was propagated by flue-cured tobacco floating seedlings, adult plants, and heeled-in seedlings.The propagation effects of A.gifuensis were analyzed.[ Result] Floating seedlings had relatively low cost and short cycle of propagation , but the disease occurrence was relatively serious .The adult plants could propagate a large amount of A.gifuensis, but needed long cycle and high cost.Heeled-in seedlings showed relatively good propagation effects and relatively low cost.[ Conclusion] The research results provide theoretical basis and technology support for the selection of appropriate propagation method of A.gifuensis in Bijie.关键词
