苏邮1号蛋鸭笼养适应性研究
Study on the Adaptability of Suyou 1 Laying Duck in Captivity
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To study the changes of behaviors and physiological indices of Suyou 1 laying ducks after caging and their adaptability to “A” type layer duck cage.[Method] With Gaoyou Duck as control and taking Suyou 1 laying ducks as test animals, they were hatched and driven into the cage on the100 th day.The changes of behaviors after caging and corticosterone in plasma were observed.“A” type layer duck cage with three layers was designed. Using single factor experiment design, the effects of different stage position on the age at first egg , egg production within 43 weeks, feed conversion ratio and survival rate of Suyou 1 laying duck were analyzed.[ Result] The stress response of Suyou 1 laying duck in cage showed the consistent change law with that of Gaoyou Duck .Compared with Gaoyou Duck with greater body weight, Suyou 1 laying ducks showed more intense behavior and physiological responses to caging stimulation and faster adaptability to food and drinking water.Suyou 1 laying duck had good adaptability to “A” layer type duck cage.And different stage position had significant effects on the age at first egg, egg production within 43 weeks and survival rate of Suyou 1laying duck ,but it had little effects on the feed conversion ra -tio.[Conclusion] Suyou 1 laying duck had good adaptability to “A” type layer duck cage.Suyou 1 laying duck complete set line should be fed in captivity in a large scale in the production.关键词
