Abstract
With the rotation of profitable collective constructive land as the research object,the interest demand and the interest relationship of profitable collective constructive land access to market stakeholder were analyzed based on the perspective of stakeholder .Using the contract theory and principal-agent theory in economics, build the central government, township government public compact governance, assignee, cit-ies and counties government deal compact governance and farmers’ land, the villagers groups, rural collective organizations to participate in the governance of stakeholders co-governance mode, in order to achieve the balance and checks of power and interests of the land circulation.关键词
