丘陵山地区高标准农田建设的主要问题及对策--以四川省仪陇县为例OA
Major Issues and Countermeasures in the Construction of High-standard Farmland in Hilly and Mountainous Region-Taking Yilong County in Sichuan Province as an Example
以四川省仪陇县为例，解析了丘陵山地区高标准农田建设目前存在的主要问题：原有田间基础设施薄弱；现有丘陵山地区高标准农田建设技术体系不健全；土地权属调整困难；新建项目区耕地质量不均衡，农业面源污染风险增加；建后管护机制不健全。提出了解决对策：从政治保障、经济支撑、科技带动等多方面着手，进一步优化布局、完善公众参与机制、形成合力，实现高标准农田建设预期战略目标。
