腧穴自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of autohemotherapy to acupoints for chronic urticaria. Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the treatment group treated by autohemotherapy which was injected to acu-points of Quchi, Zusanli and Xuehai, while control group by orally taking loratadine tablets. Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the symptoms scores after treatment of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of autohemotherapy to acupoints has a significant curative effect on chronic urticar-ia, and patients' compliance is good, deserves promotion.关键词
