Abstract
Objective:To observe the improvement of surface electromyography in patients with common nerve injury treated by electro acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. Methods:the clinical data of 62 patients of common peroneal nerve injury were randomly divid-ed into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases), the treatment group received electro acupuncture therapy, neuromuscular electrical stimulation and EMG biofeedback training and drug treatment;the control group did not use electro acupuncture therapy, treatment and other treat-ment group were the same. Analyze the two groups of patients before and after treatment of surface EMG amplitude changes of muscle static activi-ties. Results:After 8 weeks of treatment, the amplitude of two groups of patients with tibial anterior muscle static surface EMG activity were in-creased before treatment;the amplitude of tibial anterior muscle static surface EMG activity in the treatment and control group (P<0.05). there was significant differences, with statistical significance. Conclusion:the effect of electro acupuncture on the surface electromyography of patients with common injury of the common nerve injury was significantly improved.关键词
