Experience of the Nursing of Renal Transplantation Patients
摘要
Abstract
To summarize the key points of nursing for 20 cases of renal transplantation patients:closely monitor the patients' condition, observe the rejection reaction, diet and drainage tube nursing, balance adjustment of intake and output, the usage of immune drugs and discharge guidance;the implementation of various nursing measures after renal transplantation is the key of promoting patient recovery and reducing the occurrence of com-plications. 20 cases of renal transplantation patients were all recovered and discharged, and postoperative complications had significantly reduced, the follow-up showed that the transplanted organs functioned well, the quality of life had significantly improved, most of the patients had returned to work.关键词
