管道内部缺陷定位的一致性检验改进算法
An Improved Consistency Check Algorithm for Positioning of Internal Pipeline Defect

Abstract
For the accumulation error of odometer wheel in the internal pipeline defect positioning, an improved consistency check algorithm is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the original consistency check, a new confi-dence distance is defined. Through this, two confidence distances of two odometer wheels with different measure-ment accuracies are unified. The large error data and reasonable data are separated by threshold value and the in-terference of large error data can be removed. The improved consistency check algorithm and maximum likelihood estimation are combined for positioning analysis of internal pipeline defect. The tests show that the improved consis-tency check algorithm has a good anti-interference and the average relative positioning error is 0.212%. The accu-mulation error of positioning is reduced and the defect positioning accuracy is improved, meeting the practical engi-neering demand.关键词
