摘要
Abstract
Power user data acquisition system has been large-scale constructed and widely applied .But the two-way interaction function between user and grid is not completed .IEC CIM standard and SEP 2 smart energy acquisition communication standard are deeply researched .It comparatively analyzes the difference of these two standards in the model design method , relationship between resources , data transmission format , UML model diagram , message re-sponse mechanism and other aspects .It puts forward the method of designing interaction model of power user data ac-quisition system .Integrating the resources of IEC CIM and SEP 2 standard , it developed the models of the acquisition device layer and master station layer .It completed the two-way interaction function between user and grid , enhanced the customers’ experience of power consumption , and guided society to use power scientifically and reasonably , which provided the technical support for realizing two-way interaction of energy flow , information flow and business flow .关键词
