Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the on-line monitoring device of arrester can not accurately obtain the voltage in form of complex wiring , a voltage extraction method is proposed based on frequency and phase difference deviation mean of current and bus voltage .The mean of time interval deviation is calculated , analyzed and filtered be-tween current and voltage frequency , the current and voltage phase difference , and the threshold diagnostic algorithm is used to achieve the actual withstand voltage extraction of arrester .Practical verification demonstrated the effective-ness of the algorithm , which can effectively eliminate interference , reliably distinguish different frequency voltage sig-nals, and accurately extract the arrester actual withstand voltage .Test and field operation showed that the algorithm is effective.关键词
