Abstract
In view of the problems of robust and anti-disturbance capability of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system used in the elevator industry,a new vector control scheme for permanent magnet synchronous motor with load torque feed-forward compensation and single neuron PID was proposed. While using front load torque feed-forward compensation strategy and single neuron PID control,on the one hand the load torque observer was fed back to the input of the current regulator,to achieve its load disturbance feed-forward compensation, which enhanced the anti-disturbance capacity of the system;on the other hand which made control parameters real-time adjustment,to enhance robustness of the system speed control. The simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the control system combined load feed-forward compensation with single neuron PID,the robustness of the system speed control is enhanced markedly and the capacity of anti-disturbance is also improved significantly.关键词
