摘要

Abstract

Through SCR system controlling motor,dynamic braking system of DC drilling rig was to achieve rotation speed reducing to the allowable range for safe operation in the shortest time after disconnecting drum. It was very different from that of variable frequency rig though they had the same name. Taking ZJ70D rig as an example, introduced the system’s control processes,work procedures,common circuit connection,main unit and method of parameters calculation of electrical devices. Also illustrated that through changing the operation procedures of modern driller,it could achieve the same goal without configuring the function.
