摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of polymers and media types on the concentration of supersaturated and crystalline ibuprofen in liquid condition .Methods Based on the methods of simulating liquid supersaturable process and adding crystalline ibuprofen ,the effect of nine types of polymers and five kind of media on the concentra-tion-time curve of BCSⅡdrug ibuprofen were analyzed through measuring the content of drugs at different time points using dissolution apparatus .Results The results showed that F127,β-CD and HP-β-CD possess the higher concen-tration, presenting more significant comprehensive ability of dissolution enhancement and crystallization inhibition effects.Conclusion Based on concentration-time curves,F127,β-CD and HP-β-CD are more suitable polymer car-riers in supersaturable drug delivery systems ( SDDS) ,which can effectively enhance the dissolution of crystalline drug and inhibit the crystallization of drugs .
