摘要
Abstract
Objective To comprehensive evaluaion and analysis the rationalisation of isosorbide dinitrate ,by oral,in-travenous drip and combined use .To provide a reference for clinical application of atorvastatin .Methods 300 pa-tients using nitric acid lipid drug in our hospital were selected as research objects from March 2015 to March 2016. The influence of the dosage and the combined medication to ADR were analyzed .Results There was no significant difference between the joint application and a separate application (P>0.05),and durg combination was one of the risk factors lead to ADR .Conclusion The oral joint vein of nitrate for treatment of coronary heart disease and angi-na disease has no obvious advantage as compared with a dosage form alone ,but lead to adverse reaction increased and resistance speed up .关键词
