摘要

Abstract

Objective To understand the content of VC and flavonoids from potherb in Jilin region for further devel-opment and its application .Methods The 2 ,4-Dintrophenylhydrazine were employed to measure the content of VC;while ultraviolet spectrophotometryic were chosen for content of flavonoids .Results The highest content of VC is in Athyrium multidentatum (Doll) Ching,94.5 mg/100 g,while the lowest is in Taraxatum mongolicum Hand ,28.2 mg/100 g.The average content is 48.5mg/100g,only a few potherbs possess the higher VC content than other average vegetables,there is a little difference between them overall .The highest content of flavonoids is celery ,3.615%,while the lowest is Taraxatum mongolicum Hand ,0.819%,the average content is 1.679%.Flavonoids from potherb is high-er than other average vegetables generally .Conclusion Potherbs don't have advantages over average vegetables in VC content ,but they are good source for flavonoids .There are big space to extract flavonoids compound from potherb .
