Signal Transduction Mechanism of Milk Protein Content Depression Induced by Subclinical Mastitis in Dairy Cows
摘要
Abstract
Milk protein is one of main substances determining nutritional quality of cows’ milk. Milk protein has high nutritional value and contains almost all essential amino acids required by human. The content of milk protein is affected by many factors, in addition to breed, parity, environment, lactation stage, and diet compo⁃sition and nutrient level. Diseases are also an important factor affecting milk protein content and composition, and subclinical mastitis can cause milk protein to reduce. This paper mainly expounded the mechanism of milk protein synthesis and signal transduction mechanism of milk protein content decreased under by subclinical mas⁃titis, hoping that the review could provide a reference for further study on methods to improve the content of milk protein.关键词
