Effects of Arginine on Proliferation and Differentiation of Fish Myoblast and Its Mechanisms
摘要
Abstract
Arginine ( Arg) is a functional amino acid, as well as an essential amino acid for fish. Arg and its metabolites can affect the special genes and proteins in myogenesis by regulating secretion of some endocrine hormones [ growth hormone ( GH) , insulin⁃like growth factors ( IGFs) and so on] , and then regulate the pro⁃liferation and differentiation of fish myoblast. The aim of this article was to review the effects and its mecha⁃nisms of Arg on proliferation and differentiation of fish myoblast.关键词
