摘要

Abstract

This study was conducted to study the effects of different dietary phosphorus levels and calcium/phosphorus ratios on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus metabo⁃ lism of growing minks. Ninety healthy female minks at the age of 70 days with the similar body weight were randomly divided into 9 groups with 10 replicates each and 1 mink per replicate. Nine experimental diets were formulated by using 3×3 double factorial experiment design, firstly, setting 3 phosphorus levels:1.0%, 1.4%and 1.8%; secondly, setting 3 calcium/phosphorus ratios:1.0, 1.5 and 2.0. The minks in 9 groups were fed experimental diets with 1.02% calcium and 0.96% phosphorus ( group Ⅰ) , 1.49% calcium and 1.00% phos⁃phorus ( groupⅡ) , 1.98% calcium and 1.01% phosphorus ( groupⅢ) , 1.47% calcium and 1.35% phosphor⁃us (group Ⅳ), 2.11% calcium and 1.40% phosphorus (group Ⅴ), 2.81% calcium and 1.40% phosphorus ( group Ⅵ) , 1. 83% calcium and 1. 73% phosphorus ( group Ⅶ) , 2. 70% calcium and 1. 80% phosphorus ( groupⅧ) and 3.59% calcium and 1.80% phosphorus ( groupⅨ) , respectively. The adaptation period lasted for 7 days and the formal period lasted for 60 days. The results showed as follows:1) dietary phosphorus level had significant effects on final weight and average daily gain ( P<0.01) , and had significant effects on average daily feed intake and feed/gain (P<0.05). Dietary calcium/phosphorus ratio only had a significant effect on average daily gain (P<0.01), and had no significant effects on final weight, average daily feed intake and feed/gain ( P>0.05) . The interaction between dietary phosphorus level and calcium/phosphorus ratio in the av⁃erage daily gain was significant ( P<0.01) . The final weight and average daily gain of groupⅤwere the maxi⁃mum while the feed/gain was the minimum. 2) The protein digestibility of groups was different significantly ( P<0.05) , which expressed as groups Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅷ was significantly higher than group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) , and groupsⅤ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ ( P<0.05) . Dietary phosphorus level had a significant effect on the protein digestibility ( P<0.01) , the calcium/phosphorus ratio had no significant effects on the nu⁃trient digestibility ( P>0.05) , but the fat digestibility had a quadratic trend of firstly increase and then decrease with the dietary calcium/phosphorus ratio increasing. 3 ) Nitrogen deposition of group Ⅵ was significantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅷ (P<0.05), net protein utilization of groups Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅸ was signifi⁃cantly higher than that of groups Ⅱ and Ⅷ (P<0.01), the biological value of protein of group Ⅸ was the highest, but had no significant difference compared with groups Ⅵ and Ⅶ ( P>0.05) . With the dietary phos⁃phorus level increasing, the fecal nitrogen content showed a decrease trend, but the biological value of protein and net protein utilization showed a increase trend. Dietary calcium/phosphorus ratio had significant effects on the biological value of protein and net protein utilization ( P<0.01) . The interaction between dietary phosphorus level and calcium/phosphorus ratio in the fecal calcium content ( P<0. 01 ) , fecal phosphorus content ( P<0.05) and calcium digestibility ( P<0. 01 ) was significant. Comparing all measured indices, when dietary phosphorus level is 1.4% to 1.8% and calcium/phosphorus ratio is 1.5 to 2.0, growing minks can obtain the better growth performance and the higher nutrient digestibility.
