慢性鼻-鼻窦炎骨炎严重程度影响因素分析
Analysis of the correlation factors of osteitis in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis

Abstract
OBJECTIVETo analyze the correlation factors of the severity of osteitis in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.METHODS82 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyps were studied. CT scan of the sinus was analyzed by PHILIPS MxLite View software, using GOSS to grade the severity of the osteitis. The objective severity of chronic rhinosinusitis was scored using Lund-Mackay and Lund-kennedy. The blood of the 82 patients were collected and the number and percentage of eosinophil, the percentage of Th17 cells were tested with flow cytometry. The total serum IgE level and the specific serum IgE level, C-reactive protein were also measured. Then the correlation of the factors with the severity of the osteitis were analyzed.RESULTSThere was a remarkable association between GOSS and Lund-Mackay scores (r=0.823,P<0.01). There was an association between GOSS and Lund-kennedy scores(r=0.683, P<0.01). There was a positive association between GOSS and the total serum IgE level (r=0.3,P<0.1), but there was no difference of special IgE level between osteitis patients and nonosteitis patients. There was no association between GOSS scores and the percentage of Th17 cells, the number and percentage of eosinophil and the C-Reactive Protein. CONCLUSIONThe severity of chronic sinusitis was associated with the total serum IgE level. The severity of patients' mucosal inflammation can influence the severity of osteitis.关键词
