Abstract
The technical requirements on the construction of IMS network system,com-munication protocol and communication system and its data transmission are introduced in this paper.According to different communications of the data transmission from the regions of the world,the international monitoring system should be established so that the data and data bulletins can be timely and accurately transferred.关键词
