Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of ultrasonic assessment for breast cancer patients and to make comparison with pathohistology .Methods From September in 2013 to September in 2015 totally 62 cases of breast cancer treated in Mental Hospital of Nanchong City were selected as research objects .The cases underwent ultrasound examination , and the results were compared to histological findings .Results Ultrasound imaging data showed that among 62 patients, there were 36 cases of inhomogeneous low echo (58.06%), 43 cases of microcalcification (69.35%), 30 cases of spicular sign (48.39%), 31 cases of echo halo (50.00%), and 27 cases with mass >2cm (43.55%).Spicular sign, hyperechoic halo, inhomogeneous low echo , and microcalcification had significant differences in different grades of infiltrating ductal carcinoma (χ2 value was 6.387, 7.000, 8.690 and 19.645, respectively, all P<0.05).The more abundant blood flow, the higher histological grade, and they were positively correlated with each other (r=0.806,P<0.001).Conclusion Ultrasonic results of breast cancer patients with epstein-barr (EB) virus infection are similar to the diagnostic rate of pathohistology , and they can be taken as evidence for preoperative diagnosis , treatment and surgery choice of breast cancer .关键词
