Application of disease-free technology in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of disease-free technology in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer .Methods From June 2014 to December 2015 a total of 31 confirmed patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fuping County were selected .Disease-free technology nursing was provided in perioperative period , and postoperative no incision planting , repeated transfer , physician satisfaction and nurse self-reported satisfaction were evaluated .Results Among 31 cases no incision after operation occurred at different time , and recurrence was found in 1 case with recurrence rate of 3.23%. There were 2 cases of postoperative recurrence in supervision both at 1.5 and 2 years after surgery, and the recurrence rate was 6.45%. Supervision after 2 years revealed 1 case of transfer, with transfer rate of 3.23%.Questionnaire results showed that physician satisfaction and nurse self-reported satisfaction were high in different years , and they increased gradually year after year .They reached peak in the second quarter of 2016, and they were 89% and 92%, respectively.Conclusion Cooperation of medical and nurse work , disease-free technology applied in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can effectively reduce postoperative local recurrence and distant metastasis .关键词
