摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the welding difficulties of electroslag cladding welding with Inconel 625 nickel-base alloy strip and find the best electroslag cladding welding procedure, the welding performance of electroslag cladding welding was analyzed,the effects of welding parameters to the welding quality was also discussed in this article. A set of suitable cladding welding procedure of Inconel 625 Ni-base electroslag cladding was summarized by lots of specific test. The rationality and feasibility of the welding procedure was checked by chemical analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination, corrosion test and so on. The results showed that the cladding welding procedure was suitable and the cladding layer was applicable to product.
