摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of the big pendulum impact tester testing results, the influence factors of big pendulum tester energy test were tested and analyzed. The influence factors included wind resistance, energy loss of friction , different initial energy, hammer speed, obtain way of different absorption energy, different notch types and so on. The results showed that the energy of wind resistance and energy loss of friction is small, which can be ignored. Different initial energy and hammer speed almost have no impact to final test result, can choose appropriate initial energy according to the specimen thickness and steel grade in testing, so as to lifting hammer time and improve work efficiency; the measuring result of Eangle encoder and Edial plate are basic same, Eangle encoder is more accurate, Eoscillography is lower than Eangle encoder; the absorbed energy of pressed notch specimen was obviously higher than that of chevron notch specimen.关键词
