摘要

Abstract

Method for quantitative evaluation of fault diagnosability and fault detection based on Kull-back-Leibler (K-L) divergence approach were designed .Only on the basis of analytical model ,the system does not depend on the selection of fault diagnosis algorithm for fault diagnosability evalua-tion ,thus at the design stage ,which can improve the ability to provide theoretical basis for fault diag-nosis .First of all ,with the K-L divergence method as the foundation ,the nonlinear system fault can be quantitative evaluation by introducing the Monte Carlo method ,and a sparse kernel density method is proposed to overcome the difficulty of estimating the probability density function of the residual probability density function in the calculation of K-L divergence .Secondly ,on the basis of the fault can be detected ,by calculating the distance discrepancy of K-L divergence ,the fault detection can be achieved in nonlinear system ,then ,the false alarm ratio and miss alarm ratio can be analyzed for fault detection .Finally ,the accuracy and validity of the method can be verified through simulation experi-ments .
