大学生情绪调节态度研究
Attitude of Emotional Regulation in College Students
摘要
Abstract
This study selects 388 college students to be the subjects .It takes Emotion Regulation Implicit Association Test program to test the implicit attitude of emotional regulation tendency and its degree of subjects ,and uses the attitude of emotional regulation questionnaire to test the explicit attitude of emotional regulation of subjects .The study aims to explore the implicit attitude and explicit attitude in emotion regulation of college students ,and to research their gender and age characteristics ,in a unconscious level and a conscious level .The results show that the implicit and explicit attitudes in emotion regulation of college students tend to be consistent all showing the emotion expression .Compared with the boys', girls'implicit and explicit attitudes in emotion regulation tend to be emotion expression , and their expression level is stronger .There is no significant age difference between implicit and explicit attitudes in emotion regulation of college students .关键词
