杭州西溪湿地沉积物中不同培养基分离的细菌种群多样性
Biodiversity of Bacterial Isolates on Four Different Culture Medias f rom Xixi Wetland

Abstract
A total of 191 bacteria strains were isolated from the sediment samples collected from Xixi wetland by culture‐dependent method based on four different medias (M1、R2A、NB and DNB) .The phylogenetic analyses data of 16S rRNA gene sequencing revealed 13 genera ,of which there were 11 genera related bacteria were isolated from R2A media ,8 genera from NB media ,7 genera from M1 and DNB media respectively .The dominant group was genus Rhizobium ,which accounted for 39 .27% of total sequences .So R2A may be recommended to be used for a non‐selective media for isolating more diversified bacteria from sediment samples .关键词
