摘要
Abstract
Cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)has become typeⅠindication of chronic heart failure complicated by ventricular asynchronism,and thus the number of CRT pacing electrocardio-grams(ECGs)increases significantly.In the analysis and diagnosis of CRT pacing ECG,it is manda-tory to master the following characteristics:(i)ECG features when left and right ventricle is made pacing alone;(ii)ECG features at atrial-ventricular and ventricular sequential pacing during sinus rhythm;(iii)features of CRT pacing ECG during ectopic rhythm;(iv)special functions of CRT pacemaker.关键词
