基于 Medline 收录的 Brugada 综合征相关研究的文献计量分析
Bibliometric analysis of literatures on Brugada syndrome included by Medline

Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the distribution characteristics of research lit-eratures on Brugada syndrome (BrS).Methods With the retrieving tool of GoPubMed,we re-trieved BrS-related literatures included by Medline from January 1 ,1 992 to December 31 ,201 5 and made bibliometric analysis on the distribution characteristics of published year,area,journal,re-search theme,etc.Results A total of 2 220 papers were retrieved.The number of research litera-tures gradually increased after 1 998 and reached relative peak value in recent three years.The lead-ing countries in BrS literature quantity were the United States(386 papers,1 7.39%),Japan(353 papers,1 5.90%)and France (1 33 papers,5.99%)successively,and China ranked the 1 1 th(53 papers,2.39%).The top three literature-output cities were Amsterdam in Holland(80 papers), Tokyo in Japan(70 papers)and Utica in America(58 papers).Beijing was the leading literature-output city in China,ranking the 36th(1 3 papers)in the world,and it was followed by Nanjing and Guangzhou which were tied for the 43rd place(7 papers)globally.The first three journals were Heart Rhythm(1 44 articles),Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology(1 43 articles)and Pacing and Clinical Electrophysiology(90 articles),which published 1 6.98% of all the BrS-related arti-cles.Themes of BrS research mainly focused on genes,electrocardiographic manifestations,ventric-ular arrhythmias,sudden death,ICD implantation and so on.Conclusion BrS,related studies mainly concentrate in developed countries.Chinese researchers should strive to improve the overall quality and quantity of BrS research.关键词
