平板运动试验诱发冠心病患者心律失常分析
Analysis of arrhythmia induced by treadmill exercise test among patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To contrast the situation of arrhythmia induced by treadmill exercise test (TET)between patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and non-CHD ones.Methods A total of 234 patients underwent TET,and were divided into CHD group(1 41 cases)and non-CHD group (93 cases)according to angiographic findings.The types and characteristics of TET-induced ar-rhythmia were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of arrhythmia in CHD group was significantly higher than that in non-CHD group [42.55%(60 /1 41 )vs.1 5.05%(1 4 /93),P <0.05 ]. In CHD group, arrhythmias included premature ventricular contraction (26.95%),atrial premature beats(5.67%),paroxysmal aventricular tachycardia(2.1 3%),par-oxysmal atrial fibrillation(1 .42%),right bundle branch block(2.84%)and nonsustained ventricu-lar tachycardia(3.55%).Conclusion TET can not only induce arrhythmia in CHD group but also in non-CHD group.It is helpful in the auxiliary diagnosis of CHD.关键词
