个案追踪法在提高护生骨科临床综合能力中的应用效果
Application of case following method in improving clinical comprehensive ability of orthopedics nursing students

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of case following method in improving the clinical comprehen-sive ability of orthopedic nursing students.Methods:A total of 60 orthopedic interns were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases individually.The control group adopted the routine education model,and the observation group adopted case following education model.Compared the two groups’score of clinical comprehensive ability,nursing satisfaction from patients,examination results when out of the depart-ment.Results:Scores of students’clinical comprehensive ability,satisfaction from patients,and examination when out of the department in observation group were higher than the control group (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Case following method can be used in clinical teaching to improve orthopedics interns’‘clinical comprehensive ability,occupational ability and satisfaction from patients.关键词
