江苏省三级医院孕产妇选择分娩方式影响因素的调查与分析
Survey and analysis of influencing factors of pregnant women selecting delivery ways in third grade province hospi-tals in Jiangsu province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To survey the cognitive situation of pregnant women on delivery ways and analyze the re-lated factors influencing them to select the delivery ways.Methods:A total of 265 pregnant women to be pro-duced and maternal in obstetric department in third grade hospitals in Jiangsu province were investigated by questionnaire which had been made from May 2015 to December 2015.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that the age of pregnant women and maternal,place of residence,their childbirth knowledge,psychologi-cal state and abnormal pregnancy history were the factors affecting their choice of delivery ways.Conclusion:De-livery way of maternal choice was the leading factor in the final delivery way.We should make prenatal education targeted to the maternal,make them understand the pros and cons of different delivery ways,and then to choose reasonable delivery way.关键词
