基于一对一访谈模式的治疗性沟通在老年脑卒中病人护理干预中的应用
Application of therapeutic communication based on one to one interview model in nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of therapeutic communication based on one to one inter-view model in nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 94 elderly stroke pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group by using ran-dom number table.The patients in control group were given routine neurology nursing,and the patients in ob-servation group were given nursing intervention of therapeutic communication based on one to one interview model and routine neurology nursing,then the psychological assessment was conducted by using the level of Herth hope index(HHI)and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ)and then to compare the curative effect between both groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of patients’attitude to the reality and the future,at-titude to take positive action and maintain a close relationship with others in observation group were significant-ly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),positive coping score was significantly higher than that in con-trol group,negative coping score was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05),the total efficien-cy was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention of therapeutic communication based on one to one interview model was helpful to improve the hope level of the elderly patients with stroke,optimize the coping style and improve the curative effect.关键词
