Dynamics Analysis of Heavy-duty NC Horizontal Lathe Feed System Based on Energy Method
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve position accuracy of heavy-duty CNC horizontal lathe feeding system,its structural characteristics are analyzed. In view of the energy method,the dynamic model of gear transmission in z axes direction feed system is established based on the Lagrange equation of the second equation. The displacement trend of the gears horizontal,radial direction and the engaging force and the trend of the gear pair meshing force with time change are obtained. According to the results of the dynamic analysis,this paper puts forward the improvement measures and methods of the lathe position accuracy.关键词
