摘要

Abstract

This paper describes the rapid prototyping structure,the characteristics and manufacturing requirements of the design out ̄put of the topology optimization design and reverse model for structure design of grid equipment and the technology and economic feasibility of the 3D printing technology for the design and manufacturing of the grid equipment,points out the problems between the printing accuracy and electrical properties, and the price, speed and the scale manufacturing, puts forward their key technical re ̄quirements of polarization of print dimensions,high-performance printing materials,printing,environmental adaptability and the intel ̄ligent 3D printing system. 3D printing technology development direction for the grid oriented equipment design and manufacturing is cleared.
