南京市区一年级儿童乳牙龋病流行状况及影响因素分析
Prevalence of deciduous teeth caries and the risk factors in first grade students of primary school in Nanjing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of deciduous teeth caries status and the risk factors in first grade students of primary school in Nanjing,and to provide evidence for health service of caries prevention. Methods:A total of 620 first grade primary school students were randomly selected in Nanjing to get oral examinations. The questionnaires were com-pleted by their parents. And the correlation between the deciduous dental caries and questionnaires were analysed. Results:The prevalence rate of deciduous teeth caries was 69. 19%,and the mean dmft was 3. 64,filling rate of deciduous teeth caries was 9. 67%. Logistic regression analysis showed that brushing time,the frequency of intake of sugar drink,sweet food,candy and chocolate were significantly related to the prevalence of deciduous teeth caries. Conclusion:The prevalence of primary teeth caries in first grade students of primary school in Nanjing was serious and low filling rate. It was important to strengthen caries prevention work,organize more oral health education with schools and parents.关键词
