摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of CAD/CAM all ceramic crown after using diode laser to dentine dehy-persensitivity. Methods:One case of 13-23/33-43 PFM bridge with dentine hypersensitivity symptom,gingiva recession,in-complete marginal,and disharmony color were restored by chair-side CAD/CAM all ceramic crown and diode laser to dentine dehypersensitivity in the same time. The clinical effect of was evaluated by modified United States Public Health Service standard after three months. Results:The chair-side CAD/CAM lithium disilicate glass all ceramic crowns had the perfect color,realistic shape, marginal integrity, and good retention. Hot and cold stimulation did not cause dentin hypersensitivi-ty. The morphology of gingiva was normal,healthy,and no bleeding during probing. Conclusion:The diode laser can effective-ly reduce and eliminate dentine hypersensitivity.关键词
