复合手术室在脑动脉瘤夹闭术中的运用
Applications of hybrid operation room in cerebral aneurysm surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the use of intraoperative digital substraction angiography ( iDSA) in cerebral aneurysm surgery .Methods The clinical data of 45 patients underwent iDSA in our hybrid operating room were analyzed retrospectively . All patients were treated with intraoperative angiography ( iDSA ) technique assisted clipping . Result All aneurysms were properly treated .3 cases have been clipped again because the discovery of neck residues by iDSA , 1 case had been clipped again because the discovery of error clamping branch vessels .1 case had accepted embolization because the failure to completely clip the aneurysm . Conclusion Intraoperative DSA can accurately judge whether clipping aneurysm neck completely , and whether error clamping branch vessels .Hybrid operation is a safe and feasible ,as well as effective treatment strategy .关键词
