Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of early diagnosis and treatment of traumatic anterior cerebral artery ( ACA) aneurysms .Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with traumatic ACA aneurysms in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively .The mechanism of injury , the features of clinical manifestation and CT or MRI were analyzed .Patients were performed by early CT angiography ( CTA ) or digital subtraction angiography ( DSA ) examination and surgery with follow-up and glasgow outcome scale (GOS) score.Results 9 cases of traumatic ACA aneurysm (7 unruptured and 2 ruptured) were followed up for 12 months and showed GOS 5 points in 7cases , 4 points in 1, and the other 3 points.Postoperative review of CTA showed there was no recurrence . Conclusions For patients with highly suspected traumatic ACA aneurysms , early CTA or DSA examination is necessary , early diagnosis and surgical treatment is effective .关键词
