Abstract
Objective To explore the indication and validity of microsurgery for hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage .Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage underwent microsurgical techniques from January 2008 to January 2014 in our department were analyzed retrospectively .Results All patients received hematoma removal through microsurgical techniques , while in 9 cases external ventricular drainage were performed first .Of 2 patients died after operation , 1 died of brain stem function failure due to re-bleeding ,the other died of lung infection .Functional recovery was evaluated using activity of daily living ( ADL ) classification system.Among 19 patients with successful follow-up, level Ⅰrecovery was in 9 cases, level Ⅱin 6, level Ⅲin 2 , level Ⅳ and level Ⅵ in 1 case each .Conclusion Timely hematoma removal with microsurgical techniques is an effective way for the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage .关键词
